We've dealt with Vivek and his team last year when we decided to rent out our townhouse, which just recently was followed by a sale. Be cautious of the rental team, lack of communication is a real issue, never return phone calls and constantly redirecting and blame shifting in an attempt to not deal with the issue. The rental team should have their licences revoked! They give the industry a bad name.
