Paul is a life saver. He knows stuff about arthritic hands and wrists. He explains things clearly. He gives me a program of exercises to do at home. Best of all he massages my hands in warm wax so I emerge feeling So Much Better.

I had a very average experience at the Heidelberg clinic. Booked in for assessment of carpal tunnel. I was not told that I was booked in to see an occupational therapist as opposed to a standard physiotherapist. If I had known I would've checked my health insurance cover. Asked why they couldn't confirm this and they said they wanted to provide speedy service. They brushed me off and said I was probably covered (I was not). Supervisor was very rude and did not have time to listen. When a generic text message called to ask about the experience, I asked for someone to call to discuss further(one of the options), it's been 6 months and no call yet. Very disappointed.Just a heads up, make sure you check whether you are booked in with a general physiotherapist or an occupational therapist as the price difference is quite a bit. Have since gone to another Hand Therapist and have had an excellent experience there. Hope you lift your game guys.
