Bad service. Never come back

Rude, dismissive and completely disrespectful! DO NOT GO HERE!My GP emailed them my prescription after a phone consult. I called them the following day to confirm they’d received it and was advised they needed to order this medication and to call back.I called back three days later and they advised they weren’t able to provide the medication because they no longer accept prescriptions via email, and only accept e scripts now.When questioned about why this wasn’t brought to my attention earlier, and why they advised me they were ordering the medication if they obviously weren’t, the woman simply said, her son told her so.I asked to speak with someone else, or a manager and she said she was the business owner and there was no one else to talk to.Not only was she extremely rude and dismissive, she genuinely couldn’t care less and advised me to get my prescription filled elsewhere.Extremely disappointed that this is how you choose to run your business with such little regard for customers.
