Not a great experience, called to arrange to bring my car in for a quote; the receptionist was very nice I must say. Arrived and spoke to the owner (?) who gave the impression he'd rather be somewhere else and didn't really want to understand how he could help me. Didn't feel like a customer, more like an inconvenience.

I had the misfortune of being in an accident not my faultmy experience started with Lisa at reception who was ultra helpful and willing to go the extra for me.Even suggested a specialist Renta car company that could be included in the claim .Then more importantly the job itself was perfect and I could not be more impressed.Highly recommend if your car is a little unique and want someone to love it just like you do.
