Leon was very receptive to messaging, one of our Electricians accidently drilled into a copper pipe behind the wall of a client and we needed someone to remove the excess water that had absorbed into the customers carpet. I was messaging in the evening as the client was upset and Leon answered and calmed everybody down. He went to the property the next morning and removed the water, he kept the communication open letting me know the outcome and checking in with the client over the next few days. Amazing service!
