I bought my original doona from this company and initially when i contacted to have my doona rejuvenated etc i had great service. Things became unstuck when Ken organised a courier to come on a day we didn't organise and then accused me of making the mistake and being rude to me even when i was trying to just organise what i wanted. I tried to ring back and sort things out and was told flat out not to call back and they didn't want my business. Its a shame as i had been extremely happy with their product and service previously. Maybe its time for a new family member to take over and look after their customer service.

Ken was extremely knowledgeable and generous with the time he spent discussing the pros and cons of building a new Doona from my existing donnas. We are absolutely delighted with the end product (which we felt was also reasonably priced ) and the low key gracious professionalism I experienced. I cannot recommend Danish Eiderdowns more highly.

Our family has been taking feather quilts here for 30+ years for repair and rejuvenation. Even though now I live in Perth I am still a customer. Recently Ken also made me 2 custom German style feather pillows that I am rapt with.
