Recently used Success Training Academy (Chris Jones - trainer) in order for a staff member to complete TAE40116 course. Couldn't recommend this service more highly. Consummate professionals from start to finish. Course training delivery in class was made easy and understandable (even fun) and remained extremely available for help/contact outside of the classroom. Very happy with the training course.

What an awesome RTO. I needed a Cert IV in Training & Assessment for my new position and was referred to RAMs. Right from the start I was supported and nothing was too much trouble. I was even directed to federal funding for this which was a great surprise to support my learning. My instructor Chris Jones was there from day 1 and supported my learning which allowed me to achieve this qualification. This course can be done a variety of ways and at your own pace, in my scenario was get in, work hard and get it done. A special thank you to Marc Miles as well for being on the other end of the Facebook group answering any question thrown at him. The resources were great to. Talking to other colleague and comparing TAE experiences it seems that the course Chris runs wins hands down. Look no further if you are needing a TAE. Thanks again Chris and Marc

One of the best trainings I have attended, really enjoyed the interaction with the trainer and the other participants. Learned heaps, and Face to Face suited my learning style. Would recommend this to anyone, I did the T& A course.

This training was amazing, RAM set out everything so your never unsure of what is required. Chris knows his stuff and makes it fun and interesting. They also care about you as a person and we all had many conversation that revolved around our families and kids and different ways to improve our wellbeing and life.. I got so much knowledge out of this course that I was never expecting to learn.

I first considered upgrading my Cert IV TAE late in 2022 where I made enquiries through James. My circumstances changed over the new year, but I revisited their website in mid January, where I was immediately engaged by the very efficient Kelly. I was soon enrolled in my upgrade course in Cairns, commencing a week later. The two days that I spent in Chris' face to face classes were both educational and entertaining. The post course activities are easy to follow steps using the online videos narrated by Marc. The emails and prompts provided in Chris' coaching email ensures that no step is left undone prior to assessment submission. The RAM team reached out to me advising that my assessment bundle had been received and within 48hrs, my assessment has been marked and certificate issued. My experiences with the staff at RAM Training Services were exceptional and first class and I recommend their services to all. When the next TAE upgrade comes into effect, I will again be looking to RAM Training Services for tuition, guidance, support and professionalism.
