Luvele are simply the best appliance company in the market. Their products are fantastic - I've got a Vacuum Sealer, Dehydrator and Meat Grinder, and all of them are simply awesome products. They aren't the cheapest products on the market, but the quality and the after-sales service makes them the best VALUE products out there.Their service is second to none too. The couple of times I've contacted their service department, the responses are quick, and they will bend over backwards to help. I just wish they made other products too, because I'd buy them in a heartbeat!

I had initially left a four star review on ebay for the Luvele vacuum sealer I purchased, but their customer service team almost immediately came back to me with some tips to overcome my very minor issues, which has now led me to revise my rating to 5 stars. This is a very good young company which has earned my respect and support. In fact, I have now recommended their vacuum sealer to three friends.

We're from a farm in the WA Wheatbelt, so what an amazing surprise how easy, efficient, quiet, and such an exceptionally high level of quality in how this product operates and is manufacturedGiven our distance from good fresh food access, the best product we have purchased in a very long time.The product vacuum packs and double-seals the Luvele Vacuum Bags incredibly well!!! Far less town visits and more farm fun!!! Fantastic communication and level of service from Luvele!!! A+++++

Great customer service - amazing Luvele Deluxe Pro Vacuum SealerI wish all companies were as nice and helpful as Luvele. The Luvele Deluxe PRO Vacuum Sealer arrived 2 days after ordering. So easy to use and the food looks so nice in the freezer. Also the vacuum seal rolls are great quality.

I have used the Luvele Pro Vacuum Sealer quiet a few times now in the short time I have owned the product and I am very happy with the product. I do a lot of camping and know my cold meats and fresh veggies are going to stay completely contaminant free for the duration of my holiday. Also I have been getting better storage due to being able to fit more food into my portable fridge. Being able to also heat pre made foods in the sealed container is also another bit win for me. Great product. Just wish I bought one years ago.Cheers Happy Camper

Great products and excellent customer service. I love my Luvele yoghurt maker - never thought it'd be so easy and healthy to make my own yoghurt. Can never go back to store bought yoghurts .The yoghurt starter is also great. Thanks Luvele.

I have the Luvele Deluxe Pro Sealer and the Pure Yoghurt Maker. Both excellent products which I use every week. I had a problem with my sealer recently and it was repaired and returned quickly with no fuss at all and above that i was sent 4 rolls of bag sleeve f.o.c. Great products and great customer service. I bought this Luvele grinder partly because of the quality parts it contains, and also because of the company's sterling rating for it. The postage speed, - ESPECIALLY at Christmas time was amazing. I actually couldn't believe it got here so soon - within days. Their after communication has been exceptional. I have used my grinder and it works with absolute ease. So easy to use and clean. I cant wait to make my own sausages. I just love it and cant wait to use it more. Cant speak highly enough of both the product AND the people who are selling it. Thanks so much.

I am happy with the processing and delivery times. It was an interstate order and it took 5 days including a weekend.The yogurt maker is easy to set up and use and I really like the glass container although the calendar dial on the lid is a little fiddly and will not get much use.I decided to try the “Recipe for the Thickest Tub Set Homemade Yogurt Ever” on your website and it turned out fantastic. It was certainly the thickest I have ever had.Without a doubt, I am very happy with this purchase.
