I have read all the negative comments about this dealer. I have had no problems with them. I have found them to be friendly and courteous and have solved warranty problems with ease. Have booked my Colorado 7 in for its fixed price service next week and have every confidence that they will look after me again including a ride home and pick up when the service is complete. Have had an excellent experience. Steve was great in regards to his knowledge with SUVs in general. The team there were not pushy in anyway. Steve did not steer me to picking any particular car but followed on from questions that I asked him. Over all I would definitely recommend this place and recommend Steve. Thank you.

My parents brought a Mitubishi demo car off them and they had nothing but issues with detailing, the car wasn’t ready when they said it was good to go and took an extra three hours to complete it. The fair trade ombudsman is now involved. The manager laughed at my mum and said what do you expect when you buy a demo. My mum and dad paid almost $40,000 for a car that has only issues and what ever they put on it for detailing has ruined the paint on it and ruined the paint on their new Astra.Would never go through them!!! The staff is rude! Once you have them money they don’t care. Go somewhere else that actually cares!

I had looked around the Illawarra for a couple of weeks trying to find a SUV that would fit my needs. After getting frustrated by pushy, and in one case arrogant, sales people I tried Wilsons in Albion Park Rail. This is a fair distance from where I live, and how I wished I had started here, I would have saved weeks. I dealt with Tom, who knows his cars. He listened, this had not happened before. And in no time we had narrowed my search considerably. What he recommended was not what I had considered, but how right he was. I ended up purchasing a quality car and was very happy with the deal worked out. But that was not the end, as soon as I had decided to buy I was introduced to the behind the scene" staff. Excellent quality customer service from start to finish."

Most dis-organised spare parts department/Dealership ive ever experienced in my 20yrs in the trade. Employee's helpful and communicate well however no signs out the front at all, just says 'service reception' no 'Parts' department sign, no spare parts desk/reception area and parking anywhere close by GOOD LUCK! The DP dropping the ball on that one.

I went in to Wilsons not knowing what I wanted or if I wanted anything at all.After a minute or two I was greeted by a lovely man by the name of Tom. Toms knowledge of cars really shocked me as he told me things I should consider when buying a car. He was very honest and truthful. ! I ended up leaving with a very confident buy. Thank you to Wilson’s Holden and especially your salesman Tom. I recommend all to deal with Tom in future.

This is where my car is serviced. It is outstanding. Staff are friendly helpful and polite. Arrived early morning as planning to go to Sydney and lady on the desk efficient and helpful telling me costs and details of what happens. Ended up in Wollongong and get a call just after 12 to say car ready. Headed back to pick up car. Detailed descriptions of service and list of what was done. Nice conversation with same lady, paid the bill and headed home. Couldn't ask for anything better. Brilliant service.
