My experience with Sally Cameron and Nadia Covina in trying to sell my house was quite disappointing and shall I say hard work. On the outside appearance they seemed confident, energetic and enthusiastic but far from it as they lost interest very quickly, didn’t try to promote and sell the house and thought their friendly, inviting and fake smuggled smiles would win sales. Far from it!! Watching them through surveillance on the house gave me a quick indication that I was waisting my money, time and energy and left me with no choice than to work swiftly and immediately terminate all ties with their organisations as I was losing as the market was dropping in value. Thank goodness I did because two weeks later I sold the house and made an extra $500,000.00 on-top of the reserved price. One word of advice for Mrs Cameron and Miss Covino “ Don’t Run In Life Before You Can’t Walk”…….

My wife and I are selling our home and decided we should begin looking around for rentals for when the sale eventually occurs. I'd only just quit my job and was due to begin another the very next week when we made the decision to start looking.Well, as fate would have it we immediately happened upon a suitable home in the suburb of West Croydon and stopped in during an open. There were less than 4 people who attended that day (my wife and I were 2 of those 4). We were met on the property by a rather lukewarm agent who only sort of showed us around.In spite of this first contact, we were still quite interested in the property and decided to submit an application for lease. After receiving our application, the agent contacted us and informed us that a single income would be insufficient to cover the weekly rent and that if my income were added it would greatly improve our chances.As stated above, I was in between jobs and therefore unable to submit an income statement at that time. As a way to abrogate that particular issue, however, we offered to provide evidence in the form of a bank statement of our financial stability and security. We also stated that we would be happy to pay a month's rent in advance if it were to aid in surmounting that particular hurdle.We offered these solutions on the basis that we liked the home, it's nice, neat, has good character, its close to school and work, and, lastly, that it would be a nice change for us and our young son after 15 years in the same place.Returning to the supporting documentation we provided, it was beyond evident that we were financially capable of meeting the costs of renting the home, but the agent to whom we sent this information has since decided to ghost us.It's worth mentioning that the property we were interested in was initially listed at between $550-$600pw at the time we applied. We offered $550 plus the incentive of a month's rent as previously mentioned. Since then that house has remained listed but is now being offered at a reduced rate of between $520-$580pw.The reason that I'm writing all this is because we are new to the rental market and are unaware of the ways in which agents are inclined to behave towards those of us entering the rental market.I feel for the owner of the home we were interested in. They've entrusted there residence to someone who doesn't appear particularly serious about tenanting it. I hope for their sake they drop their current agent and find someone that's hard working" with an "honest work ethic" who's determined to do right by them. I truly believe the owner would have loved us at tenants. I mean
