Jarmin Transport
This transportation service damaged my door upon removing a lounge from my unit. I am a renter and getting my bond back in full is reliant upon Jarmin Transport either paying for repair or repairing the damaged door, which Jarmin Transport have even admitted that the damage was caused by the 2 removalists sent by them.The managing director of Jarmin Transport, Benjamin Kidson, agreed to pay for the quote to repair the door ($385), but since then, for the past 9 days, has ignored all emails, phone calls and voicemails from me.I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional and no sense of urgency when it comes to fixing their mistakes.------------------------------------------------Edit after response from the owner:I have emailed you, left you voicemails, messaged you and called you numerous times over the past 9 days and you did not reply to anything, nor answer any of my calls. The reason as to why I was trying to get in contact with you was because the tradesman who will be completing the repair sent you the quote plus a link for you to approve the quote + pay a deposit. You did not reply. He then sent you a follow up email again asking you to approve the quote. You did not reply.I have been trying to contact you for 9 days through 4 different methods, simply to request that you respond to the tradesman to approve the quote. I understand that you said in an SMS to me that you would pay for the door to be repaired, but you never approved nor paid a deposit for the repair once the quote was sent to you.You stated funds will be paid directly to the repairer... not to your personal bank account as you requested". I find this very disingenuous as I have stated numerous times that the funds should be provided to either my agent or the tradesman who will be repairing the door.After 9 days of silence
