Booked myself an appointment today to have French tip SNS. My nails turned out amazing! Le was incredible, very gentle and cares about her work. I will be coming back to see Le on the regular now. I would 100% recommend.

I went to Prime Nails just to get my nails shaped and painted. 5 days later and they have hardly chipped! I was very impressed. The only thing was, she asked me to pay before she had finished the service which was a little unusual. But overall a good experience - lots of colours and styles to choose from

I don’t like to give 1 star reviews but just have to warn others to go elsewhere if you need to soak off your acrylics… I made a booking early cos I work in the centre ( I am also a nail tech for over 12 years )…i had gel polish on top of my acrylics that needed to be filed off… she just put my hands straight in the acetone… for those that don’t know this you need to break the top coat bond to allow acetone to penetrate through the colour and acrylic to allow it to soak off. She wasn’t quite impressed that she had to drill off the polish mind you the drill was on the fastest cycle it was burning. She obviously isn’t trained cause one of the first things you learn when working with the electric drill is to not hover over the same spot for more than 5 stokes cause this with burn the client. She put my hands in for seconds in the acetone and began ripping the acrylic from my nail with a plastic tip…. I haven’t had this done to my nails since before I was qualified.. I was absolutely appalled to see this happen and I kept yanking my hand away from her and her response was just too relax… you charge someone 18$ to remove acrylic but you leave with torn, sore ripped nails that are about to bleed … I was growing them and she absolutely f* **ed it. Looking at my nails now I can see where the electric drill was over filed and there’s a massive dint in everyone of my nails… so please if you want perfect nails go to a place that knows there stuff and are experience and show a little more respect to there clients and nails you may have to pay more but I guarantee you won’t get a service like I received today. Waste of money and time.

The ladies at this salon are very welcoming and professional. They do a really good job with their services and are efficient. Best service at a nail salon I have ever gotten and very consistent as well ☺️

Hands down the best place for a pedicure have never let me down with their exceptional service. Please ask for the lovely lady Lily and Tracey they are definitely well experience and have never been disappointment. Keep it up ladies ! .

Not sure how to start this review. In May, I did 1 finger replacement and she was really attentive so I came all the way from Ballarat since I was visiting Melbourne today. I was served by 2 nail beauticians. The receptionist was an older lady did my manicure, a much younger lady did pedicure. They did a good job but I didn't enjoy my time there. Pedicure time: Pedicure therapist rather point than telling you what to do each time. I have been to many nail parlours for many years so I could tell if it was really attitude or being introvert/shy. I felt like I owed her money that, she hated me so much where she didn't want to communicate with me. She didn't like the colour I chose and even added you should use darker color for winter. I didn't even want to tell her that I am attending a wedding so light colors will be helpful to match dresses. She then chat happily and loudly in Vietnamese with manicure therapist throughout doing my manicure & pedicure. I didn't mind them having chatting happily but I could feel unwelcome (first time being treated that way). I felt treated like a dog to be honest. I had to do/go where she pointed otherwise she wouldn't be happy because I was slow or sometimes trying to make sure I know where/what she wanted me to do and had to shift myself each time with my hands occupied with manicure therapist. She didn't scrub my feet much since she thought I wouldn't mind especially how she treated me. I was actually hoping to quickly finish off and head to another shop if my nails were not done properly. She didn't wait till my last round of toes and went out of the shop so my right toes didn't put pedicure oil (not sure what it is called). Manicure time: I even dropped my bag when she moved the nail removal bowl to my right when she could walk to my right rather than across from my left. At least she picked up the bag for me. Having my manicure done at the same time, my right hand had to cross over to my left side, not sure if she realised that I was very uncomfortable but nonetheless I didn't complain. Since pedicure therapist left, I was asked to go to the table for my final touch of SNS, manicure lady make sure my toes are ready for my shoes but I had to get her to apply pedicure oil for my right toes. Pedicure therapist is back with shopping bags happily, making herself useful she started clearing rubbish at 4:30pm and chatting again with manicure therapist, while I was waiting for my manicure to dry. After I left, she was seen chatting with the barber outside. If possible, update the colors, I had to choose thrice because she said old colour, no more. There maybe plenty of colors to choose from but glitter/light color may not turned out as seen on colour pallet, maybe that's why I was told to choose dark colours.

the lady who did my nails was quite rude and would tap my hands every time she had a question, grab my hands and twist my fingers, it was so uncomfortable to be touched and treated that way, she was disrespectful and had no regard for manners or customer service. she became annoyed at me for deciding to change my colour bc it was too transparent, and the quality of the nails is probably the worst and most messy set I've had done, the polish was tacky and not opaque and she left air bubbles, paint lines and indentations on multiple nails, then after being irritated and annoyed with me she changes her attitude to become friendlier to me and ask me what I think of her work, I felt terrible saying anything in the moment but I was charged $65 dollars which were not worth it for the quality of her work. I usually pay around $50 for an excellent-quality refill. i would not come back

I strongly recommend this place! Love their work. Tracey was extremely patient with my nail. She really pays attention. The staffs are amazing. This is my place to go
