Ferrari Adelaide

Decided to have a look at the very nice cars today and was greeted by Rob. Gave me an entire tour of the sales floor and went in depth with the customisation process showing me some of the books, fabrics, seats etc. Rob was open to answering any and all questions in full detail. 100% would recommend going and saying Hi to rob and getting to know more about Ferraris in person.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of cars onsite as well.

My 9 year old has been asking me when he can visit this dealership ever since he heard there was a LaFerrari in Adelaide last year (we live in West Gippsland, Victoria) so on our holiday to Adelaide last week we dropped in to see (I didn't expect it to be there but we still needed to check). The staff were extremely friendly and I'm sure if I was ever the sort of person who could afford to buy a Ferrari, these are the type of people I want to deal with!The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to my sons questions about his favorite car brand, what might not have seemed like much to you during your day certainly made a positive impact on his day and has left a lasting positive experience for my boy. Ferrari Adelaide is one of the best luxury car dealerships out there. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. When I went there they started the Roma up and showed me inside. Austin was the nicest salesperson I have ever met at a dealership. They showed me around and there was a ton of cars there. Easily one of the nicest dealerships I’ve ever been to. They even gave me a free poster of an SF90 Stradale.

Dropped in for a look and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and positive attitude of Robert the salesman. He knew we were just gawking with no intention to purchase, but patiently answered all of our questions. Very professional customer service.
