Not the same after all the good accountants unfortunately left.No heart, no pride anymore,Just hurry up and give us your return!No asking questions, trying to get the best for the customer!As these new workers try their best, you cannot beat great Customer service" ! Which unfortunately these new ones don't have.I won't be going back to DVM as last year it was Shambles!Someone new took (unfortunately) Steve's role and was absolutely terrible.
