Chantel is the worst property manager you could probably ever come across. What's worse is she owns the company. She comes across as very professional but was passively aggressive, rude and frustrating to deal with. Everything is big deal for her. DONT EVER USE VIEW WEST. or at the very least. Don't use Chantel as your manager. You've been warned.

My partner, daughter and I rented a house through View West Property Group, with Chantal as the property manager.The whole process was great. All communication was clear and instantaneous. We met Chantal approx 15 years ago at a property we were renting out with another managing company and not doing a very good job for us, until we changed over to Chantal, best decision we ever made, she has managed 2 properties for us and Also sold two properties for us as well, of our last dealings with her just 2 months ago to sell our last investment property was her best work ever she saved us and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs a property manager

After becoming 'accidental' landlords when we moved overseas, Chantal was recommended to manage our house. We have been very happy with the way Chantal has taken care of our property over the last 4.5 years.Very professional, knowledgeable, fixed issues quickly, communicated well, and was always patient, especially with an arduous tenant.We recently sold our house and were more than happy to use Chantal, as she know the property well and got us through a tricky sale. We have used Chantal and her team for 15 years plus for multiple properties. Chantal has always been responsive to calls and emails and was an absolute godsend when a tenant stopped paying rent and subsequently trashed the property. Chantal handled all trades and insurance etc which helped minimise a very stressful situation. Have used other property managers elsewhere and have never measured up to View west standards. Have recommended View West to many, many people who have all been very happy with their service.
