Jenny Macleod Retirement Village
My Dad lived in a serviced apartment and received the best care. The staff are amazing and so considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. Being surrounded by good people made it so much easier for Dad. The facilities are clean and tidy. I had a meal as a guest and it was delicious. The rooms are generous in size. Other residents are friendly and my Dad loved spending time with them.

Service department always looks lovely and clean on entry, and staff always friendly, their lounge area and eating area are very lovely and relaxing. The department rooms are lovely and quiet serviceable. The grounds around the village are looked after and very nice.

Staff know the residents and the families, even if they can only visit once every couple of months. The staff take excellent care of all needs including social inclusion.

Look my wife works as a cleaner there, some times I drop her off n pick her up, I hop out go looking for her n say hallow to staff an a few of the residents, just lovely friendly people, and that's a definite five star for me.
