Not recommended at all. Spent a few grand advertising and the promise free ad ons for online marketing and kept trying to upsell during the campaign. Did not want to further invest as I want to see how much traction my advertising dollars will get me without all the flowery extra. Guess what 0 conversion even with 5 stores shopadocket printout + online marketing. Will be more careful of any future marketing services.

We opened in Oct 2020 and the Shop A Docket campaigns have been really good in bringing us in new patients looking for a great value deal - and patients who want to do high value treatment, looking for a better option than their current dentists.The service is always professional and helpful - the artwork comes up great - and we can change it as we need to without extra charge.Even when Melbourne had lockdowns, which restricted our trading, they were really helpful and understanding.Our representative is Esther Chandrika - and she is amazing. Always proactive and looking out for deals for us.

Spend $3300 for promotions, got 0 (zero) customers. Big W wasn't even printing dockets for a good couple of months as the lady said they ran out ink. Emailed docket company for a partial refund, no response just like their campaign.
