I was looking for a lift chair for my mother and the staff were incredibly helpful and helped me to chose the right product. They were very knowledgeable about the various products, spent a lot of time with us and were very patient about our questions. Really great customer service. In addition they were able to arrange for delivery and assembly.

We had the most exceptional customer service experience we have had in years thanks to the showroom manager Poonam. She made it effortless for us to purchase a recliner chair and table attachment for our father, and had it delivered the next day. She is highly knowledgable, warm-natured, incredible helpful and focused on going above and beyond the customers needs. Highly recommended for any independent living needs - make sure you ask for Poonam!
