I would like to post No Stars!! As this company takes no responsibility for it's actions. After waiting four months for rubber flooring. We used their recommended layer who has cut the flooring short again walls, cupboard and left an ugly very visable seam across the floor. The floor layer has left the job unfinished (no trims). Spectrum were contacted, they replied arranging times to come and look at the flooring problems. After arranging three different times schedules, spectrum have not turning up to view the problems. They now don't return phone calls. Now one month later still no contact!

After 20 years hard work at our back door, we wanted to know how best to clean our Spectrum Nuway matting. Louise provided a very prompt response with a couple of helpful suggestions and the matting now looks (almost) as good as new. It's an excellent product.
