Wasted my time by putting me into a foot spa for 30 mins then argued with me about what I wanted. Don’t go here unless your desperate, horrible customer service. The young man that works there is so rude and a nightmare to deal with

Normally love the place however due to one rude man who works there that has not only insulted my son and made fun of him with another client, but also telling me false information, cannot rate them high. The only reason it's 2 stars not 1 is because I had amazing lady do my nails one day.That man has absolutely ruined any positive thoughts about the place

I went and had pedi and french tips with Christmas painting today. I was looked after by Amy! She was amazing! Friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I love our local nail place! Everyone is so lovely! Thank you thank you thank you

My concern with Happy Nails is that everyone I look they claim that their internet bank is down and that they can only take cash. How can it be down e ery day and when the eztablishments around then have no problem. Seems dodgy.

very poorly done, nail polish left all on my fingers. when my nails were cut they were cut all wonky and weren’t filed or cleaned up. we’re definitely rushed. not good customer service, as they were rude to me and telling me no for what I wanted. not happy, certainly not what I asked for.

My daughter & I had our nails done and were both made to feel uncomfortable. Not only were they rough & abrupt at times whilst doing the work I had different people for each step. Then they sat there and were conversing in their own language with each other while doing our nails which I think is very rude.

Had a shellac pedicure. Disappointed with service. Realised when I got home that my polish had smudged! Sent a message, with pictures on Facebook messenger. No response. Tried to call multiple times. Didn’t answer phone. Went back and asked for refund as I had already had it fixed closer to home. They refused. Wouldn’t even give me a voucher towards my next service.

Went in for a full set of acrylics, just after covid. Nails were done by 3 different people! Some were not aligned with my nail, so thick and gross. Not to mention the worst part, whilst they were setting, a lady just sat back doing her own nails (not acrylic, still not professional, especially during covid). After 10 days a whole nail just came off! Never ever going back or recommending to anyone.
