The staff were very helpful and patient with me going through multiple carpets and underlays to choose the right one, then the turnaround from measure and quote then installation was super quick. Very happy with the results and would use these guys again :)

We have been going through Border Carpets on our builds for a good 8 years. Would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for that little Alex bloke who rocks up to my jobs with the stoner kid (forgot his name). Had him personally come and lay 3 of our builds so far, quality is way off, thankfully we can just fix it ourselves, but after today we are going with a new carpet company. That kid has a garbage attitude towards not only his client but also the other workers on site. Couldn't be more unhappy to be honest. I suggest Border Carpets, as long as that Alex fella isn't laying the carpet. Very angry man that makes the other workers on site very uncomfortable. Never again.
