SERVICE NEEDS TO DRASTICALLY IMPROVE HERE!Rudest staff here. Seems as though all their life energy is completely sucked out of them and now they want to drain the life out of their customers. Disgusting food anyways!Avoid this place!!!!

My first burger was burnt, they made another and still taste burnt, they really need to clean the cooking plate, chips were all old, terrible food !

First Oporto; wanted to see what the hype behind the Bondi double burger was. It was terrible. The burger was dry. Also, been in Australia for a month and had chips in multiple places, and this was the first time since then I had a bad chips experience in australia. Every other place here seems to do chips right, except here - soggy and lacking any flavor. Don't know if it's just this location, but definitely would not go back again.

Very understanding, my order got mixed up and i called in to let them know, they were only too happy to replace the burger for me. I always order an Otroppo burger, Highly recommend, they are really good.

Very happy with the food and service here. Loved my triple Bondi burger meal, was fresh and delicious. Save your money from KFC and drop in here instead.

Disappointed again ,today this place ruined my dinner , i asked for well done whole chicken around 7:06 pm for my pregnant wife but i got half cooked chicken this happened to me second time never ever going back this place again.
