I discovered Janet after recently moving to Ararat and was thrilled to be able to try Bowen Therapy for the first time. Janet is very caring, considerate and extremely good at what she does, the treatment far exceeded my expectations and I left feelings wonderfully relaxed, with my sore lower back and tight shoulder problems both resolved. I can highly recommend and see Janet regularly for Bowen Therapy and occasionally a fabulous Lomi Lomi massage.
