It's not the best wooli branch, but it's good overall; the bakery does not always have fresh products, today, I took Turkish bread, and it seems from yesterday made.

No cold dead heartless scan it yourself rubbish here. Yeh the store is a bit dated but it's great to have actual service and everyone is really nice there. The carpark for the plaza itself is a bit small and pokey but it makes it a nice experience to shop rather than a barrage of shoppers at a heavy trafficked store. If you live in the area sometimes it's so much easier to go here than say Westfield woolies.

One of the few remaining unrenovated Safeway/Woolworths stores in Melbourne. Definitely due for a refit. Internally is still a Safeway branded store, although outside signage is all Woolworths. Located in the Devon Plaza shopping centre it's surrounded by car parks and other smaller shops. Shelves were well stocked and clean but we saw only one staff member in the entire store, at a register. Plus, in its favour is it DOESN'T have the self service registers which I despise. Also has Britax shampooer rental and one of the few remaining VideoEzy DVD rental machines left.

They never have enough people working on the registers, no self-service either. There a couple of check-out staff that always look miserable and never say anything.

This is surely one of the worst Woolies stores in Melbourne, but to fair i haven't been to all of them lol, def in the top 10 though. Walking into this store is like a trip back in time to 1992, that's when it looks like they designed this place. There are still no self serve checkouts at all, not always a bad thing though if they actually have enough regular checkouts open with reasonably awake & intelligent life forces serving, this is variable depending on when you go. There is barely any premade cold meals compared to other stores, and quite a few other products not available that are elsewhere. Let's just say i'm glad i don't have to rely on it as my local & lets hope they actually upgrade it sometime soon.

Staff are great. One of the smallest less modern fitouts. Choices because of this are limited. Presently being re designed and new freezers going in so expecting a big improvement. As of June 2017 a lot if work is underway to improve number of choices and fit out if new freezers etc.

Visited tonight and might I say I am quite appalled by the service hereAdrian was the cashier that served us I believe he was talking to the manager who was a blonde Asian girlWhen we arrived at the counter these two decided to talk about their life with their backs facing the customers. Not a word was said to us by any of these two staff members throughout the whole interaction!Didn’t even ask what payment method we were going to pay by and didn’t even look at us until we said by card. That whole interaction was us looking at these two talking. Very rude service! Never seen this at any other wooliesPlease manage your staff and store betterDo better Woolworths!

This is pathetic! It’s already been 2023 but this store still has NO SELF SERVICE check-out. I went to do some shopping today and there’s only 2 checkout opened. I was the 2nd in line had been waiting for ages for an elderly 60 years old man in front of me waiting for his wife went for grabbing some more items. After that, I had to wait for him to sort it out his password because he had done shopping over $100 and had to put the pin on. Unfortunately, he couldn’t remember his password. Imagine, if you were me, how long you had to waiting for pathetic situation like this. It would be better if you could have done self check by yourself. BUT THERE’s NO SELF CHECK HERE!!!!! :((((
