Bed Bath N' Table Essendon

I went to purchase cushions for my dining chairs and the woman with dark hair and middle age was so rude to me , i walked out, what is wrong with good customer service these days.

Huge outlet store! Great prices and heaps of stock! Plenty of space so it's not overwhelming like some outlet stores. Very friendly staff. Happy shopping!!

A big thank you to Craig for all his assistance today. My Mum (who I haven’t seen in over a year due to interstate border closures) sent myself and my fiancé some beautiful BB&T bamboo sheets for our engagement present. After washing according to instructions, somehow the colours ran (perhaps due to my washing powder I am unsure, as my other BBT sheets have never done this). I contacted customer service online who responded swiftly and requested I contact the store. After phoning the store, Craig welcomed me to come in and exchange the sheets after an inspection which I did. He was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. He understood the features and benefits of the sheets and was extremely positive throughout the process. These sheets are special to me, and I walked in pretty devastated due to the importance of the gift from Mum, but walked out very happy with my experience at BB&T. Thank you Craig!!

Not rating their products or decor, it's more of a vent of a shop lady's pure ignorance. My mum and I were in this shop this afternoon. While browsing, one of the shop lady wanted to open a closet and she only said excuse me" as she started opening the door towards my mum who didn't know or hear her. Mum almost fell as the door was going into my mum's face

Made purchasing in Nov 2022 of more than around $230 of mix bedsheets and pillow covers. Found two defective sheets with coloring issues, misprinting. It is painful process for returns, and customer service Penny" asked to return the items to their warehouse. We did it

Craig from Bed Bath ‘n’ Table at Essendon DFO is tremendously helpful and friendly. Craig helped us with our purchase and made sure we were satisfied with the product. He went the extra mile and helped us carry our items to our car because my partner is pregnant. Thank you Craig for taking pride in your job and for giving us a wonderful experience. You are an asset to this company.

Lady working 1st jan in the afternoon very rude. We placed items into our reusable bag to carry as there were no baskets or trolleys available in store. She approached and spoke to us as if we were attempting to shoplift the products. She gave us an attitude as we went to pay for our items asking us if we had credit, debit, Amex, MasterCard etc. The eftpos terminal obviously takes all contactless payment methods as signed, not sure why she felt the need to say this, and in such a condescending tone.

Another good shopping outlet here. We found some of the things we were looking for and enjoyed the experience. Happy with our purchase, the price, and the service. We did not really know the purpose of the green banana cases but each to his own! Good one!
