I am always wary of using dealership for any service,but I must say this dealership service dept were excellent. Great reception and booin prompt, fixed the problem called back and provided good feedback excellent

I rang every dealership from Sydney through to the hunter area and these guys were by far the most helpful and able to assist with my specific request. Sales team and finance rep were very helpful and not pushy in any way.

Great service center with friendly staff.They service all makes and offers and even have free loan cars that makes servicing easy.The service advisor keeps you informed of what work is being done and when your car is ready.Good job Sinclair automotive family

As a long time customer of Winford Motors/Sinclair Ford Windsor I have always had good customer service and when things were over looked they were dealt with promptly.On 9/8/21 my car was serviced and part of the $5000 service was a reported oil leak which was $1318....however....70km later I noticed the oil leak had not been fixed. I returned to Sinclair Ford Windsor only to be told there is no sign of the oil leak....100km later I returned yet again with the same oil leak and advised it is a process of elimination and firstly it would cost another $1200 which quickly changed to $700 after I said that I could not afford it as I already paid to have the oil leak fixed.I left dissatisfied, poorer and still with a oil leak that is worse then when I first bought the car in. .....it also must be noted after the first major $5000 service i had to return the next day because the headlights mysteriously stopped working even though the vehicle report card said the exterior lights were checked and ok.Ford are known for expensive but great servicing....I guess one out of two ain't bad.NOT HAPPY

Always found them to be reasonable price and good service. People always complain about dealers. I think they're great. They must be the exception to the rule.

My first experience with Sinclair Ford and I was very impressed. Dropped my car off at 7:30am sharp and they had my Loan Car there waiting for me. They completed the service and fixed all the non-service related issues with my Mustang. Nothing was missed and everything was seamless. I asked what Oil they used for the service, and the team mentioned that the 0-20W Caltex oil they they use was not commercially available, so the team then organised 2 litres for me at no cost for emergency top ups! Terrific service .... There are several dealerships and car brands that could learn a valuable lesson in service from Sinclair! Thanks guys!

Honestly the service here far exceeds what I thought! They've serviced my car, noticed an issue and kept it over the weekend. We're so friendly when I called daily to check the status. Received the car back with a courtesy wash.Cannot rave about the service here, Everytime I've brought my car they've been a delight!!!

The Good:They do their best. Always happy to help and polite. Always giving me a ride home. They eventually fix things under warranty.Very nice when it comes to extra help eg. Once they just washed my car.Steve is great at explaining what's wrong with the car and very reliable.The Bad:The car itself, very disappointing. Many issues. Thank God we elected the extended warranty.The ugly:They try initially to charge you, although it's supposed to be under warranty, just to see what you think, if you disagree, they eventually do it free of charge.

First capped service. Absolutely no issues at all. Done an excellent job and all completed on time. Very good customer service
