Andrew and Vickie fitted an air conditioner in our house recently. Firstly, they were very helpful and patient with my messages whilst researching air conditioning units! During installation, they were professional, on time, efficient, and friendly. Their quote was also significantly cheaper than other quotes I had received. We would highly recommend them!

Recently I competed a major renovation and needed help with a lot of electrical and air conditioning work - power points, lighting, aerials, air conditioning etc. Andrew and Vickie did a fantastic job, what I liked the most is how they work as a team! They were on time, pricing was very transparent and fair, they provided advice on what to use, tidied up after themselves, and most importantly their quality of work was fantastic. Andrew's professional manner not only with my family but the constant customer calls during the day and did get back to each Customer that had called was Customer Service at it's finest. Andrew and Vickie made time for us after another job. They were very professional and extremely kind. Only did what they needed to do which kept the bill down. And even came back the following day to do a little touch up for no extra cost. Awesome service, highly recommend.

After having a few company's turn down my request for installation, Andrew and Vickie where there to help out. With a very good quote for installation of 2 air con units I couldn't turn them down. They arrived early on the day of installation to run through everything with me before starting the job. Once the job was finished they again showed me their workmanship. Professional on-time service from original quote until completion of ducted aircon system replacement, plus complementary split system installation. Retrofit installation in a heritage house encountered a number of unforeseen issues that were all handled calmly and professionally. High quality of work at competitive pricing and will definitely be recommending Andrew and Vickie to friends and anyone requiring air conditioning or electrical work.
