Zero rating, Two couples stayed at this Pine Cottage managed by NSW Parks & Wild Life for three nights from 31 Dec 2020 to 3 Jan 2021 without any hot water, due to lack of reception it was not possible to contact any after hour services. Anyone booking this place need to make sure the water service is proper and also review the rates compared to the accommodation at Post Office accommodation which is also managed by the NSW Parks & Wild Life Department. The status of this cottage is very poor and relatively low standard compared to the Post Office residence at Hill End, but the rates are much higher compared to the Post Office. Being managed by NSW Government Department it is very unfortunate to have this discrepancy in their rates.
