Jason at JMB was very pleasant to deal with. He couldn't actually help me with what I wanted, but was willing to give it a try if he could, and was very apologetic when he could not do it after a few tries. He didn't charge me for his time and did his best to put me on to someone who might be able to help me. BTW Jason, they couldn't do it either. Thanks again mate.
