I understand some might have had bad experiences. But I had a positive one.As soon as I walked in, lady at the reception greeted me and requested me to wait. She was walking into the testing room with another customer, I don’t think they have a dedicated receptionist. But I think that’s ok . We could come in take our ticket number and wait .Within 15 mins I was called in for my test , it was different lady this time and she was friendly (in a no nonsense kind of way ). She conducted the blood test , we had a good chat . And I left the place within 20-25 mins of walking in .I feel this place has some good people doing some honest work, an establishment without frills . I am ok if the job gets done in an efficient way.

Lynda took my blood quickly and painlessly. This is impressive as I have terrible tiny veins and often have trouble. Very happy with how good she was :)

Not open during during their business hours which are posted on the door.

Apparently amazing! Michelle got my vein first time and I’ve never had that happen from having bad veins. So gentle and friendly as well.

I’ve been there twice - the staff are never at reception and at the back and non friendly. I did my test with them and the general practitioner informed me that they did it incorrectly so now I have to go and do it again. In terms of professional behaviour and getting the job done they are definitely a negative.

Always had a friendly nurse doing my bloods. Never a problem. Today lots of people waiting but that’s ok. Maybe open up the chairs so people can sit now social distancing is over??

They saw my family and I come in but they all left to the back and didn't approach us at all, until my mum had to knock on the reception desk 10 minutes later (there was no one else but my family and the staff) to ask if we could do an ECG and blood test. Only then did one of them come out to tell us they can't do anything since the machines aren't working and that we should go to a different clinic. Quite unprofessional that they didn't confront us when they first saw us.

Sorry if I rate 1 star but your center register as PCR test but I went there and there is no service, please unregister it

This place is never open. I’ve been multiple times (in stated open times) and it’s always closed. Last time I went I watched a worker come out and go get coffees and then as i went to open the door another worker locked it on me and put a sign up saying the are closed as they are “short staffed”. Melbourne pathology clearly need to staff this place better. It’s a healthcare service. Do better!

Great service, seen straight away, friendly staff.
