Had two piercings done here and i am prone to infections so had bioplast and the staff were wonderful. Came back for checks on it and they were amazing

Hollywood branch;Rang & discussed piercing.Went in, but different girl served me.Quite arrogant, not friendly, know it all.Did my piercing, did not care it was hurting me, persisted, without talking me thru or being gentle. No bedside manner what so ever.I have used their services several times hoping each staff member may be nicer than the last & each time its been rushed with no communication or even clean u up afterwards. They dont care they just push u out the door.Staff should be taught people skills & compassion

The people at the Hollywood store are just rude and lazy and they always have been. Every time I have been to this store they have made an excuse to turn away bookings for no good reason. The staff are stuck up and unwelcoming. The Elizabeth store is 100 x better, better staff, better quality work and products. Don’t waste your time here, just go to the Elizabeth store.

My bad I called them to check if they could taken in an appointment on Thursday after 7.30 pm as on the site it’s shows Thursday they are open until 9. Or Friday early morning - I was advised they are only open until 8pm on Thursday and not 9 as advised by the owner ( the website is not even updated) and Friday they are just too busy in the morning to book any Appointment- I am glad they did so to me coz people that’s not how you look after your customers- they may/ may not be great with their work but definitely reflect poor service skills for new customer! Thanks again for answering my call.Responding to a prompt response from owner - you can check with the staff they advised max 8 pm owner has advised - I appreciate your response I can definitely explore other options rather than visiting your business

First time getting waxed! I was very nervous and Louisa was fantastic!! She talked me through everything and distracted me with interesting conversation. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Louisa for putting me at ease.

I've always have my eyebrows waxed and tinted here, but today I did a walk-in and met the wonderful Louisa. She helped me with my current piercing (it was ripped out by accident) and I ended up having two more! Absolutely recommend this Salon to anyone seeking beauty or piercing appointments. My daughter had a second ear piercing done and I had my helix pierced and the staff were amazing. They were kind and made us feel welcome. The store was clean and smelt real nice. I could not fault them. Thankyou so much.
