Dropped in today to get a phone repaired for the kids. Not a problem be ready in half an hour. Awesome service and a great range of screen protectors and cases. Waaaaay more helpful than the telstra shop who when trying to purchase a new phone told us no you will have to make an appointment and come back. Lost sale to the telstra shop. Thankyou very much though to the staff at PTC .. 100% would be a repeat customer.

Removed a jammed sim in GPS control unit. And did not charge for services. What a great person and business. Out of this a mate gave him his business as well.Good to see old fashion service is still alive.
