This is the second time that this place has kept meat off the shopping bag while charging the full amount any ways. Claiming yourself to be HALAL" should have all the Hallal practices and keeping 1.2 KG of mince and not putting it in customer's bag is certainly not Halal. That's why 1 star. Should be actually a "ZERO" stars. I am sure you guys don't even deserve a ZERO even. Totally unworthy and dishonest. I am sure that the owner of the place will remember me

Fresh meat, reasonable prices and excellent customer service with the bonus of honesty and integrity. I paid an extra $10 for my bill and walked away quickly, only to be followed by the cashier all the way to Woolworth to give it back to me!!

Good customer service, however every time I ask for fat free mince the mince is always fatty and smelly I’ve never gotten nice smelling mince from here. Everything else seems ok.

Bought mince meat from here the other day. I paid $15 for it and the next day it was off.It was disgusting. What kind of mince meat are you selling. Will never buy from here again!

Had a worker just look at me and then walk away without even asking if I needed help!! I realised later that I walked through the exit side but there was no one there and I wanted the kafta tray near the exit side. I waited around while she served people who came from the entry side. But seriously NO ONE WAS THERE BEFORE ME! If she had simply just told me to enter through the right side next time it would’ve been fine. But unbelievable experience!!!!

Always we got fresh meat with friendly staff, Akar butcher is the best I can’t buy from another butcher Im with them 8 years and happy with their service and their meat

My brother got all the meat for a family gathering BBQ from this shop and everyone was so happy with the quality of the kafta and shish skewers. Personally the best I had from a local butcher since I came to Sydney. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. We are defiantly buying from there again

Got sick many times. Their ready chicken packs does not have date on and absolutely disgusting please open your chicken before consuming what shame when butcher start good and end up bad never gonna buy from you again
