We have been looking for a solution to an issue with the cold air coming in around our external doors. We popped into Magnetite one Monday morning and finally found the solution, Paul and Karen understood what we were looking for (all other places we had been to had no clue). They fitted the door seal this morning. The gentleman that turned up was very well presented, polite and on time. Thank you for the great service

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the entire process from quote through to installation from Magnetite. Excellent experience. And the product is great - so much less noise, and our heater is on 2 degrees lower and it's warm!

The product and services are amazing. I wanted to keep our timber window frames and also have double glazing. With Magnetite we were able to do this. The large picture window faces the western sun and the magnetite reduces the heat substantially. Keeps the warmth in during winter as well. Excellent product.

I have used magnetite in my bedroom for around 10 years and recently added it to my kitchen windows. It’s a very solid product. Great for soundproofing as well as insulation. I noticed the temperature and sound difference immediately. The installers are polite and professional and do a great job of making the product look like it was always part of the original windows. I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

We can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Michael, Paul, Karen and the team at Magnetite. It was a seamless installation of an excellent product. After we unexpectedly had to have patio doors reversed a couple of months after Magnetite had completed their work, they came out to make the necessary changes at no cost to us. Fantastic customer service and we highly recommended them.

Wow, what great service. Could not fault the entire process. From Karen at reception, Paul who gave the quote, and finally the two installers Mayhar (Mario) and Damien, it could not have been handled better. What a joy ! After the product was installed, you could not tell it was in - it was very unobtrusive, and the colour matched perfectly with the existing frame. We are in spring at the moment, so not too cold outside, and cant honestly say how effective the thermal insulation is yet.

Great service and excellent product. The staff (both office and installers) are a pleasure to deal with. The product has already reduced our electricity bill significantly. After sales service is great as well, we had a very small glitch with one of the windows which they sorted within 2 days. Very happy
