I apologise for my misleading review of 1 star however I am unable to give a lower score.I am an independent support worker and have been in the industry for 10 years.When my client started using Gross Kopf as preferred Plan Manager we were advised that invoices would take 3-5 days to process and initially that was the case.Things then started blowing out, invoices taking longer than 7 days to process, invoices not being opened at all for 7 days and then invoices being completely missed altogether.On following up with GrossKopf we were then advised invoices would take 5-7 days to process. As this problem persisted we were then advised by Cheryl Dowell the Senior Plan Manager that invoices take actually 7-10 days to process. We asked for clarification of the three timeframes given and never received a reply.My co worker was overpaid $1,000+ from our clients account and when she bought this to attention of GrossKopf she was overpaid the exact same amount again.Lucky we are long term support workers of our client and bought this serious overpayment to the attention of our clients mother.When this was bought to the attention of Cheryl at GrossKopf she told us it was because our invoices were missing a '0.'When we advised Cheryl this wasn't the case, that the copies of our invoices were in fact correct in their numbering Cheryl didn't even acknowledge or respond to our email.We were told by another staff member the truth in that staff weren't reading the Invoices correctly upon receipt and that was why mistakes were being made.We were also told when querying the non payment of invoices that the invoices had already been processed and paid that very morning yet while on the phone to GrossKopf we received auto notification from our invoicing system that the invoice had only just been opened.The best excuse we were given though was invoices take so long to process because of Covid. When I queried wether their own pays took 7-10 days to process, again no response.This company doesn't deserve to handle the accounts or affairs of the vulnerable or those in our society who can't speak up for themselves and while I thank the one lady Marion, who told us the truth. Cheryl the Senior Plan Manager proved herself to be a very incompetant liar.We are now with Bright Plan who process our invoices upon opening and the money is in the bank within five hours. Not 3-5, 5-7 or 7-10 days.Bright Plan also reply on the same day to all emails and queries providing correct and competent advice and instruction.Do business with GrossKopf at your own risk.

Had the most worse experience ever. I am a Independent Support Worker. The lies from their staff whilst chasing up unpaid invoices. They were never consistant with paying invoices. Their excuse were they were understaffed, covid and that some days they have more invoices than others. I was triple paid 3x same pay. Keep in mind this is my clients NDIS Funding they are throwing away. Also another support worker I know had all the same problems. Now if this is happening to us over the 3 short months I went through them, how many others has it happened to? If I was not honest and true to my person I deserve I would of scored myself a extra almost $3000. The funding he has it to better his life not take life away from him. Please stay clear of this company they are untrustworthy, liars, frauds and rude custmore service.

I have only just signed up with Grosskopf - but already I am astounded at the level of service and inclusion provided. From prior experience with a Plan Manager, I had no idea what was available to me with this service. I expected for them to just take care of the accounting side of things and if I were to need something additional, that I would need to contact them.How wrong I was! You are included and consulted every step of the way. Surprisingly to me, the result of this is I feel more empowered in my NDIS journey and this has certainly flowed on to how I view my choice in other service providers. Thank you Grosskopf - I am totally impressed.
