Have come here a few times and it’s been a great experience. Today the owner? completely switched personalities when we came at 10:45pm to get snack packs. Owner “communicated” poorly through the door, way over charged us. When we tried to tell him what we want on the order he ignored us and we got the poorest excuse of snack packs. When the owners wouldn’t open the front door (even though they state they’re open) my partner went to the back to try to find him after the owner waved him to come out the back. The owner then threatened me and said he was going to bash my partner.When I told the owner we couldn’t understand him, he started abusing me and threatening me and my partner.If you were closed, you could have said so. You didn’t need to literally threaten our lives.We’re so in shock of what has happened, we can’t believe this experience is even real.Please be careful around this man as he seems dangerous.Now the owner is saying any negative reviews are fake but all these new reviews look suspiciously fake. This owner has some issues, clearly. This guy is so delusional, I mean can’t expect much from someone who proudly post their criminal history on the internet.

Honestly finally a good kebab in the Shire. $12 for a chicken kebab... awesome. Never even knew this place was there because of the direct location next to the bridge. Definately going back to try the beef. The staff guy" there amazing."

Humble and enticing experience, all of the staff were friendly, promp and professional. The owner was very personable and friendly but his impeccable food was delicious. Thank you so much...!!!

Great kebabs but what's the go with the size and price of the pepperoni pizza..!!? 21 bucks for a pizza expected at least a large!! .. not cool dude!! I expected more than 6 very small slices. Good pizza but FM... Why so small???!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!

Food arrived 2.5 hrs late and was stone cold. Do not order online through food delivery apps as the drivers are through the business and not Uber eats. Very unprofessional service. I called up multiple times and was told my food would arrive in 20 minutes turned up 50 minutes later. Tom uglys kebabs I think you should figure out a better way to offer delivery services otherwise best to not offer them at all, all the best with your future business

A new favourite for the trip home from Sydney, and a new friend!The warmest welcome from the owner, and great conversation. Cant understate how friendly he is.I had a mixed HSP, with some additions. It was so big he gave it to me with the box open, and we stayed and chatted while eating.Highly recommend the chicken, it’s delicious!!Baclava was amazing too! Seriously delicious and huge portions

IF YOU GO HERE LATE AT NIGHT BE WARNED.Got charged $32 for this joke of a snack pack and a can of drink. Chips were undercooked and the employee gave me the most aggressive and rude service ever. Guy seemed to be really angry and probably would have threatened to bash me if I’d said anything like other reviewers have said happened to them.After seeing others reviews I have no doubt this was an isolated incident.
