Absolutely beautiful apartment complex in an absolutely perfect position bu the manager Katrina Honeywill is an absolute nightmare to deal with and seems intent on making the lives of tenants miserable. It's a deal breaker! Stay away - Ye be warned!

Beautiful apartment complex surrounded by plenty of grass and gardens. The on site manager Lee was lovely to deal with and didn't mind showing us 3 different apartments, one in B block and one in C block. We have submitted our application and are hoping we get approved.

A beautiful apartment complex, perfectly situated close to shops, medical facilities and the motorway. The onsite managers are friendly and great to deal with, and are willing to help if possible.

The shame about NEO North Lakes is that the apartments are beautiful, the facilities are beautiful and it's location to restaurants, shops and public transport is as good as you could possibly hope to find.The MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE downside on the complex, which for me was a deal breaker are the On-Site / Live-In managers, Douglas & Katrina Honeywill. Instead of just going about their business and maintaining the complex and keeping a low profile they are constantly of a power trip to try and assert how much power" they have - which in reality is very little.I moved into NEO in 2015 when Leigh

We were one of the first people to move into Neo 5 years ago. We absolute love it here and we are so close to all the amenities and walking distance to most.Over the 5 years we have had several managers and all have been good but we have found Doug and Katrina to be excellent. They always make themselves available for any queries or problems and are very obliging and efficient. The outside areas are kept clean and tidy and the gardens well looked after.If anyone is thinking of moving into Neo apartments we can highly recommend them.David and Mavis Clegg

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother calling up otherwise it'll seem like too much hassle for them to help you. Cheap units but I'm sure there's many places that would be more willing to help you with your enquiries.

The cleanliness has deteriorated. Period managers were too strict. New manager doesn’t care.
