One Solutions
My husband and myself used One Solution to refinance our home loan with Karla. This was the worst experience with a finance company I have ever experienced. It took three months to refinance a simple home loan and was only sorted when the bank took ownership. The communication was poor, Karla never kepted to her promises and failed to even contact us on settlement day to let us know it was completed. I would not recommend them especially if your hoping for prompt service.
