Took my bike in for a service and new tyres. My bike has never been so smooth! Brakes, gears just like new. Awesome service thanks team I will be back!

I normally purchased bicycles from Cairns Bicycle Works also they looked after my bicycle. Last Saturday I bought a bicycle from Big W for my daughter’s school running, because my daughter said expensive bicycle won’t be safe also lots of her friends bicycle are being missing . That’s why I bought from Big W then I have some issues with gear and also I wanted to check up safety from professional. Without a doubt, I went to Bicycle works and asked them for check up for my daughter’s bicycle.Without hesitation, they looked into my daughter’s bicycle and check up all safety issues and called me back .You guys are legend and thanks for checking up my daughter’s bicycle. Really appreciate and I will recommend you guys anyone who has bicycle. Thanks guys.

I’m from out of town and turned up at 4:53 pm for a quick purchase. Found the door locked even though the business said online that they shut at five. After I tried the handle and was looking at the door the owner appeared on the inside and posted a notice on the inside of the door about collections or drop-offs or something. Was disappointed she didn’t open the door to see what I wanted.Peter

Marie's professional friendly approach was extremely informative and helped me get the bike that suited my needs. Appreciated your efforts in getting my bike up from Melbourne and assembled in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer services, attention to detail and knowledge. Popped in to get something for one bike and later took back other to have new pedals put on and speed of service and excellent work means I will be going back time after time. Called up on my way into town from the NT, asking if they had time to look at my front brake - I was a little apprehensive as a few other bike stores in town had turned me down, saying they were too busy. Marie very kindly squeezed me in (making out like it was no trouble, when I'm sure they're busy as anything) and reassured me that they'd have it sorted in no time. Job done within a few hours at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

The friendly service and knowledge by the owners of this bike shop is amazing.I was having issues with my bike they not only fixed all the problems but took the time to explain what they had fixed. They are very prompt in doing the work and keeping you updated on there progress. Highly recommend
