Now, im all for supporting Aussie businesses and production, but not when the service is this horrible. Ordered a Lokka on sale in December 2022. Like others, was told 1-5 weeks. Followed up Monthly, and arrived end of April. Ignored all Emails, didn't follow up phone calls, refused my request for refund. I had so many trips planned where I needed this Lokka, all cancelled because of this, including the Easter long weekend.It's an absolute shame to write a negative review about an Aussie manufacturer. But there's no excuse for rubbish service like this. If I was told to expect it in 4 months, no problem.

I could not be happier with the customer service from this company. 5 starsMy Lokka was fitted by another company and they totally botched it.4wd systems talked me through getting the diff apart and I sent it away to them I was returned within the week.If your in the market for an auto Lokka then this company is your go to.Thanks again 4wd systems another great Aussie company

Had a tourbo and intercooler fitted and had nothing but problems since, they done multiple damage in fitting their products and don't want to know about it or won't refund the incorrect components the installed. Very disappointed with the work and attitude.

Both Jesse and Alex were not only massively knowledgeable, helpful and understanding but also able to help me diagnose and ultimately correctly fit my new lokka to my car. Ordered a lokka and dealt with Jesse numerous times and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help when I changed my order. Great product. Highly recommended

I was impressed with, and thankful for, how professional and capable 4WD Systems were in repairing my Landcruiser after it arrived at their shop on a flatbed. A previous repairer from Sydney had installed an elocker incorrectly and it had imploded whilst my family and I were on holiday in SA, also destroying the diff housing and other internals. 4WD Systems graciously agreed to try help me out despite their busy schedule. They received the car on a Wednesday, diagnosed the issue soon after and managed to source a near-new diff housing and a new elocker and other components at short notice. There is a LOT involved with such an extensive repair but these fellas worked overtime and had us on the road by 6pm on the Friday night. We made it back to Sydney without a drama and I got a full report for my Sydney warranty claim. I believe it was a monumental effort by 4WD Systems that a lot of repairers could not match. These guys are sharp, they really know their stuff and were genuinely committed to helping us.

I ordered a rear autolokka for my Toyota hilux 15-ish weeks ago, was told a time frame of about 1-5 weeks for it to arrive. I have email them and my email was ignored. Zero communication, would of been good to have at least been given a rough time frame or some sort of explanation for the delays but they won’t even reply to my email.Would be hesitant of buying from this company if you want your parts to arrive in a timely manner, but from 1-5 weeks to a 15 week wait and my email being ignored is just absurd and I’m at the end of my patience.
