I've been going to Coast for almost 18 months now and I love it! I've improved my fitness & strength and the workouts are always super challenging. Everybody is made to feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is. Corey & Kayla have created an amazing community which has allowed so many of us to become great friends :)

A great gym- both in person and online! Kayla and Corey are friendly, motivating and knowledgeable trainers. They provide excellent sessions and support for home work outs while keeping up a great community feel!

Coast never fails to give you a killer workout. One of the hardest gyms i have been to. Kayla and Corey have created an incredible community within the gym whilst continuously providing new and testing workouts. Could not recommended this gym more. I currently travel a good 25 minutes to come to these workouts!!

Corey and Kayla really make an effort to provide a personalised service and cater for all levels of fitness. The program provides a really good balance of variety and consistency. They are always friendly and encouraging. I've never stuck with a fitness program for this long so they are definitely doing something right. I highly recommend.

So glad I found this gym. Corey and Kayla are terrific trainers, very knowledgable. I particularly love the strength training which I do and there are plenty of other types of classes as well. Small groups which makes it more personalised. Keep up the good work Corey and Kayla.

Coast is by far the best gym I have ever been to! I love all 3 classes- sweat, lift and condition. The programming is very structured and there is so much variety, I never get bored attending 5 classes a week. Options for all fitness levels and the time slots are great, allowing lots of options and an easy booking system. The trainers are so dedicated and have created a great community, I love Coast!

Coast is without doubt the best gym I've ever been a part of. Kayla and Corey's classes provide a great variety and they do an excellent job of catering for people of all fitness levels. They've also created an awesome sense of community through the gym and its a cool bunch of people to get sweaty with!

I've been going to Coast for over a year now and have seen major changes to my body and overall fitness levels. Corey and Kayla are always so motivating and encouraging, ensuring I get the most out of my workouts- and to their credit they have built an amazing Community! The workouts can be brutal and super challenging, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I joined Coast after I was unable to continue on at my previous gym and it was the best move I ever made. I've been a member for almost a year now and I've done each of their group classes; Lift, Sweat and Condition. The workouts are always varied and challenging, but Kayla and Corey are always on hand to help out with alternatives or less challenging moves if you're nursing injuries or are working back up to peak fitness. Once or twice I've been the only one in a class and having that one-on-one advice has been really useful too.Each class has a great atmosphere, I've made so many friends through the gym and it's been lovely to be invited to their numerous social events.Coast has been brilliant during the COVID-19 closure too, offering online workouts sometimes twice a day and access to training videos and advice and challenges. Would highly recommend joining.
