Ellinjaa Falls
Very nice water falls specially in rainy days. 6/7 mins walk, around 70/75 steps but easy. No toilets or change rooms. Could not identify track to go top of falls.

Ellinjaa Falls
Ellinjaa Falls, nestled deep within the heart of nature's embrace, is a hidden gem that transports visitors to a world of tranquility and natural beauty. Located in the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area of Queensland, Australia, this enchanting waterfall captivates with its cascading waters, lush surroundings, and serene atmosphere. My recent visit to Ellinjaa Falls left me awestruck and rejuvenated, and I cannot recommend this stunning destination enough. As I approached the falls, I was greeted by the gentle symphony of rushing water, a sound that instantly soothed my soul. The sight that unfolded before me was nothing short of magical—an elegant curtain of water gracefully descending into a crystal-clear rock pool below. The sheer force and power of the falls were humbling, yet the overall ambiance was one of serenity and harmony. The well-maintained walking trail leading to Ellinjaa Falls was a delightful journey in itself. Surrounded by verdant rainforest, the path guided me through a canopy of ancient trees, alive with the calls of native birds and the melodious hum of insects. The air was cool and invigorating, carrying the fragrance of damp earth and foliage.Upon reaching the falls, I was mesmerized by their beauty. The water cascaded down from a height of approximately 30 meters, creating a delicate mist that danced in the air, catching the sunlight and forming iridescent rainbows. The rock pool at the base of the falls was inviting, its emerald waters beckoning visitors to take a refreshing dip. I couldn't resist the temptation and waded into the cool, pristine pool, feeling rejuvenated and at one with nature.Ellinjaa Falls is a photographer's paradise, offering countless opportunities to capture nature's brilliance. The interplay of light, shadow, and water creates a photographer's dream scenario, and even novice shutterbugs will find it hard to resist capturing the falls' ethereal charm. One of the highlights of my visit was the peaceful and uncrowded nature of the falls. Unlike some popular tourist attractions, Ellinjaa Falls retains a sense of serenity and seclusion. The absence of large crowds allowed me to connect with nature on a deeper level, embracing the solitude and immersing myself in the calming energy of the surroundings. For those seeking further adventure, Ellinjaa Falls is also conveniently located near other notable natural attractions in the area, such as Milla Milla Falls and Zillie Falls. Exploring these nearby wonders can turn a visit to Ellinjaa Falls into a day of enchantment and discovery. In conclusion, Ellinjaa Falls is a hidden paradise that delights the senses and nourishes the soul. With its captivating beauty, tranquil ambiance, and untouched wilderness, this natural wonder invites visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find solace in the embrace of nature. Whether you're a nature lover, an avid photographer, or simply someone seeking respite from the chaos of the world, Ellinjaa Falls is an experience that will leave an indelible mark on your heart and mind

Ellinjaa Falls
Very nice waterfall which has a cave underneath. From the car park it's just a short walk downhill, steep at times, great place for a swim, there inst any flat area to sit on so not suitable for a picnic. It's part of the waterfall circuit, definitely worth a look.

Ellinjaa Falls
It was a pretty falls to look at for sure, worth the walk downwards lots of stairs probably took 2-3 mins to go down to the base of the waterfall but seems dangerous to step into the waters cauS it fast flowing and it was not worth the drive if you are coming from a distance, I would highly recommend babinda boulders instead of Mila Mila and ellinja falls

Ellinjaa Falls
This waterfall is gorgeous! It’s is a very short walk with a lot of stairs but very worth the walk down. Once you get down there, there’s so much to explore. You can explore the rocks, the stream, or even go for a swim in the water hole created by the falls. It’s a seriously s beautiful place and on the day we went was quite peaceful with very few people visiting. Free entry to the falls and a view like this is well worth the visit.

Ellinjaa Falls
Great spot of natural beauty and a pretty safe swimming hole. Easy parking and turning for a van. Walk way has some steps but is paved and a reasonably easy walk down and back on the same track.

Ellinjaa Falls
One of 3 amazing waterfalls along Teresa Creek Road. Turn right off the Palmerston Highway when coming from Innisfail, then keep driving around to see Zillie Falls (via a steep track so have walking shoes), then onto Millaa Millaa falls
