Your produce is of such a high quality and your service and delivery is top class. I can’t wait to visit you all in person one day and thank you for the care and love you put into your produce as well as your customers. When something is this good I will travel a long way ie 155km to get the best. Your business and staff are amazing I can feel it from here. THANK YOU :-)

I haven’t tried their fresh meat yet, I just got their delivery, and the reason I’m posting is because I rarely get great c/s. You can tell a great company from when problems develop. This happened on my first order. I was missing one item I ordered, short-changed slightly on another, and one of the eggs were broken. So by the time I cleaned everything up and sat down, Braden had already processed a credit. I didn’t feel bad having to call them, I didn’t have a heart attack like when you complain about your fish and chips, and they think you have 3 heads, there was NO issue saying something went wrong! That’s why I’m buying from here again, and I haven’t even tasted the meat yet, I just like their attitude! I’ll update the post when I’ve had a meal from this meat. Customer-service-wise, don’t think about it, they’ll look after you, just be honest!

I love the variety this place provides. Bit disappointed they stuffed up my order a few times. Asked for certain meat cut’s and they gave me something else on several occasions. Be great if they listen to their customers.
