Very helpful and friendly. I needed new tyres while on a short visit to Tasmania and they kindly let me take my wheels off in the workshop so that new tyres could be fitted.

Went in for a new front tyre (down to wire), came back and they'd replaced the rear... Essentially forced me to buy both. Wheel rim received scratches. They also damaged the valve then charged me to replace it. Friendly service, but I'd recommend to go elsewhere.

You will be consistently well looked after here, simple! This shop is the perfect scale, each time I’ve needed gear they’ve had it in stock, and the staff know you (well, they remember your bike). They’ve been onto factory recalls and a weird throttle-related plop - mechanics and workshop are supremely efficient. Thank you Jason and the team for the great deal on my pride and joy ages ago, and for keeping him running beautifully for his first few thousand kms and counting!

A lot of things you need but it doesn't feel very welcoming.When you first step in the door you are greeted with dim lighting that makes the whole place feel kind of dreary but the staff are more than helpful which makes up for some of it.
