Dr Guy Clarke is a genius. I took my boxer to him for ectopic cilia. He very straightforward about the pros and cons of surgery v.s. a more conservative medical based approach.I have previously taken my boxer Allie to Animal Eyes Services and for eye surgery in Townsville. Both provide more than adequate care I couldn't fault them. But Dr. Clarke's knowledge of ophthalmology is unmatched. Will be exclusively taking my dogs to him in the future.

Always willing to assist our special boy even assisting lifting him into a can due to his anxiety since he's 85kgs heavy. Max says thank you

Today was unfortunately one of the worst possible days for our family. However, we couldn't have gotten through it without the wonderful people here.Every staff member we met was friendly, kind, compassionate and professional. I want to thank the staff for everything they did for us and our beautiful dog Zelda.I highly recommend this business to anyone!

Prompt friendly and professional service. Didn’t have to wait long to get my dog seen. Their phone was answered when I rang, unlike a nearby competitor which I rang 3 times with no answer. Would recommend.

We had to go to north coast vet last night as our cat was in pain and had f.a.t.e, she was suffering and we were told our only option was to put her down. The vet I can not thank enough! She was lovely, professional,kind and compassionate and you could see she really loves animals and was just as upset to do it as we were. She is amazing I wish I got her name. Thank you so much for everything you did last night and for easing the pain for our beautiful girl.

Fabulous service at this vet. I thought i double dosed my dogs medicine & vet nurse was happy to check medical info with vet to give reassurance/ signs to look for over the phone.Very informative & actually care about the advice they give.It’s nice to have an emergency service that is happy to give great advice over the phone.Highly Recommend

Took our cat into the emergency clinic and the VET's treatment and manner was appauling. Upon arrival, we told her our cat was very ill, after which she just opens the door of the cat crate up, lifts it into the air upside down and attempts to shake the cat out. Then wonders why the animal is stressed and hissing.There was also the VET's immature and unproffessional attitude, followed by a quote of nearly $1500 just for some blood and urine tests.We declined the treatment, knowing that it should have been around $600-$800 being an emergency VET.Contacted the manager and they only offered some excuses and no compensation.The reception staff were great, however. I think they are the only thing holding this place together.Go elsewhere.

The best experience in service and professional advice. My beautiful Lola had eye issues and we called the clinic and was booked in for the same day. Lola had to have surgery which was also done in that day.Dr Guy was very methodical in his consultation and treatment of Lola. I could not recommend any clinic as much as I would this one. Just amazing.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care our dog has received at this Clinic! All the staff, including Chloe and Naomi were so supportive and professional and we really appreciated their personal attention during a difficult time. Thank you for your excellent service!
