This is a fabulous group. My family and friends had the best night out in ages at Ellington's, being entertained by this awesome group of talented musicians and singing along to their great arrangements of Motown hits. If you get the chance to see or book this band just do it. Jim

What an experience!!The Mileford Street Shakers absolutely teleported me back to the 1960s Motown are. I loved every second!They are an extremely talented and amazing band with the best stage personalities. The vocalists where top range and definitely great for the eyes. The talent and range of expertise of the pianist, the base... Ooo and let me not even get started on the trumpet and saxophone!A great selection of songs too, even thought the venue was a jam packed I just had to get up and jive!Would 100% recommend! Even my friend who doesn't have the best of music knowledge had the best time!

Simply the best night ever!Went with a large group of 50 and everyone, young and old and all said it was the best night out. The singers and musicians were simply brilliant.Do yourself a favour and go and see them whenever and wherever they are playing!

I didn't know much at all about Etta James before the show but during it I recalled all the songs! Amazing stage presence from the musicians, fantastic sound and it goes without saying but the lead singers were phenomenal. You're not human if you can get through their set without dancing! Thanks so much for a wonderful night.

We had such a great night being entertained by the Milford Street Shakers. What a band, incredible vocalists, grooving rhythm section and horn section. The addition of strings really added to the occasion and special guests, Jessie Gordon and Yara Neto were awesome. Really enjoyed the bands Motown hits and their renditions of Xmas tunes. It was our first time at the Royale Theatre and really enjoyed the new performance venue.
