After paying in full. Their installer cancelled on the day promised (on a thursday). When we had both rearranged our days. My husband taking the day off especially. Rang and were told we were top of the list to get installed. Let them know the day I would be off work ( the following monday). No sorry cant do it that day. Only the day after. Which i specifically had advised would not be possible as Im on night shift that week. Clearly not on top of their list.So have to wait an extra week to get installed. Not very happy.

Wonderful experience with Melanie getting emailed quotes for our wood fire and then discussing options in the showroom. Installation was exceptional, the guys were friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend Masterguard.Please note we purchased a Nectre Mk2 and with some issues and finally a replacement, we were not impressed with the supply company's handling of our issues at all. This has nothing to do with the retailer Masterguard, they really are fantastic!

Ordered a sliding door last year and was installed in December. I have been ringing since then to get the doggy door fixed and have had little response from them. I recommend you find someone else that appreciates their customers and fixes issues cause by poor workmanship.

Very impressed with the quality and design of our custom screen door made by Masterguard. The finish on the door blends seemlessly with the facade of our home and really compliments the frontage rather than looking like a careless afterthought. Not only does our new screen door look amazing, it is also built with quality materials offering our home extra security. We live on a busy road so having the front door open with just a flimsy screen was not practical for us. Our security screen door is very durable, the lock is high grade and we dont stress about our little ones being able to escape at all with the key lock feature. Very pleased with the service and screen door we have received from Masterguard so we will be back again in the future for sure!

Just had our beautiful door installed and it's better than I could have imagined. My parents have a door that is well over 10 years old and still looks brand new, and I'm thrilled to have one too. Wonderful customer service, great price for the superior product. Couldn't be happier!
