Top quality service! The delivery lady was personable and seemed genuinely excited for me, and giving me much needed instruction for my indoor plant, and told me to put down the vase of flowers so I had enough hands to hold all the other great things! She was genuinely sweet and bubbly. And as for the quality of items! 10 out of 10. The flowers were classic beauty's with vibrant colours, and the pink candle in the glass holder was high class looking. The chocolates were awesome and fresh, and the indoor plant was exactly what I was looking for! Wonderful value!

Ordered on a Sunday night and the flowers were delivered by Monday 10am to a rural property on the edge of Bathurst. The recipient was not home, but the supplied photograps showed the bouquet in a location they could not miss. They looked beautiful!

What amazing service! I rang Janelle on Mothers Day (sunday) at 1pm, the busiest day for a florist and asked if she could deliver a bouquet that day. Not only did she deliver an equisite arrangement. She added some delicious cupcakes to my order. As the recipient had just lost her son. She went above and beyond, and i would highly reccomend Janelle floristry, it was a beautiful and seemless experience. Even on the busiest day of the year for them :)

What exemplary flowers and customer service! called Christmas eve for a funeral wreath for a Tribute memorial to be held in the middle of Xmas/ new year period when everywhere is either closed or out of stock!!!.Nothing was too difficult and the wreath was just perfect and fitting for the passing of valued community member.Thank you again for being so professional and making the wreath just beautiful . It was most appreciated. I look forward to you filling my future flower orders & sampling some of your delicious cakes in the coming year.
