St George Motor Boat Club
Came here for my sister's 30th birthday lunch at the Marina's Edge restaurant. It was very busy for a Sunday but Angelo was absolutely wonderful in looking after our party of 18 people. Friendly, helpful and so efficient we had a lovely experience. The only downside were the cocktails. I'm not sure how experienced the young bar staff were but I'm sure with more training and experience things will only get better.The views across Kogarah Bay are stunning at sunset.

Wonderful visit to the St George Motor Boat Club! The drinks on the back deck, the excellent and inviting atmosphere and finally the delicious seafood feast wrapped up a perfect evening out. It's a bit noisy, but the croud was fun and footy was on. Service was fast as was the bar. Will come again when I'm in the area.

We went there yesterday, can't go inside if you're not a member but the membership fee is $5 for 5 years. Inside was quite big we got there at 5pm still not busy and we were sitting outside quite hot but the view was spectacular. We ordered 5 dishes, they took a bit long time to receive but all the dishes were delicious.

Lunch with an old friend at an old stomping ground turned out to be disappointing.Friend had sirloin steak which was excellent, I had pumpkin and zucchini risotto which was terrible.The risotto was soggy, tasteless, and they must have stood at the kitchen back door to throw in the pumpkin and zucchini. Very small quantity of primary ingredients in what should be a hearty meal.

One of the few places in southern Sydney where you can enjoy a meal and a few drinks while you watch the sun setting over the river. A beautiful setting and amazing value on the food and drinks.

Always a delight to go to St George Motor Boat Club 2 Wellington St, San Souci. The Mariners' Edge Restaurant never disappoints.Whether you have the Alaskan and Prawn Stack or the King Prawn Salad as an Entree followed by the fresh lobster or the Seafood Platter for 2 you will not be disappointed.Book early if you have a group or birthday celebration.My family's top stop for milestone celebrations.

Excellent food & service. The layout of the premises is spacious, open & flowing with the AC properly regulated. Everything came together to create a pleasant dining experience.
