Saw a dentist here for the first time. I saw Matthew foster, came across really nice to start with but never again. He was very rough in the mouth with his tools I kept saying ouch but he just kept going, never experienced this with any other dentist. Also didn’t explain things very well, previous dentist said I had a cavity, he said he can’t see it, other dentist also said I may need a specialist to remove a cavity in wisdom tooth at the top to see how bad it is and how close to veins etc, they would need to view an X-ray. I had the X-ray done and was told they can view it online so I didn’t take it with me to the appointment. I asked him to look online at my X-ray through imed but he said it’s to hard and his not good with computers, lol….the other dentist I went to said they can view X-rays online easily. Matthew also said he should be able to remove it and I won’t need a specialist - 2 other clinics advised me I’d need a specialist, how can he say this without even looking at the x-rays so who’s being honest here? Made me very nervous, He then started spraying something on my teeth I said what are you spraying twice but he just said to me keep your mouth open and wouldn’t tell me. After he finished I asked what it was and he said he was just drying the teeth and not to worry. Why couldn’t he tell me this when I first asked or explained before he did it. I suffer severe anxiety and he made it worse. I won’t be going back

I had an amazing experience visiting Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic for the first time! I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and then was well taken care off by Dr Matt Bozanic who took the time to explain everything during the checkup. Highly recommend!

‘I love going to the dentist’, said no one ever! Best option - find the best. We wanted a great dentist, highly skilled and using the latest technology and techniques; someone personable, kind, trustworthy and gentle; and who would take the time to form the relationship and get to know and care about our teeth. Obviously, we also wanted to be kept safe from the wretched Covid, so we needed a well-managed clinic with reliable systems and high standards. We found all that at Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic. Thank you, David, we so appreciate your dedication, compassion, attention to detail, and determination to get the best possible outcome. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year in the middle of a series of root canal appointments. My dentist moved things along to fit in with my surgery, which i really appreciated. After 2 cycles of chemotherapy i broke a tooth really badly and a week later a filling fell out. On both occasions the Morning Peninsular staff helped me with appointments that enabled both situations to be fixed as quickly as possible. They are a fantastic team and the dentists are very professional and good at their job.

On two occasions I have had terrible experiences with this dental clinic. The first time I requested that they remove one of my upper molars. They said it was apparently to close to my sinus and they sent me to a oral surgeon to have it removed $600 later. And the surgeon pulled it out in the dental chair with no problems, It could have been removed at the normal dentist. On the second occasion, I required a decayed rear molar on the lower jaw to be removed. The dentist looked over the x-rays and decided there was a imaginary dental cyst under my tooth. It did not look anything like a dental cyst , as it was not clearly defined as they are. The CT scan report showed there were NO dental cysts and tooth could have been safely removed in the dental chair. Therefore again I was sent to oral surgeon , who removed this tooth and one wisdom as well. Over $2000 later. My dental problems have been rectified. If you need a tooth removal , go somewhere else. I believe this clinic has young inexperienced staff that do not have the knowledge, ability or skill to extract teeth. So therefore they just send you off to the specialist. Unless you have money to burn, I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will not be returning. If I could give them minus stars I would.
